About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of recruitment experience with strong communication skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to understand technical job requirements.
Prior experience in VLSI/Semiconductor recruitment is preferred. However, candidates with experience hiring for Software, Embedded, Electronics, Automotive, or other technical engineering domains are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Understand technical job descriptions and hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidate suitability based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Track candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment databases.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to drive closures.
- Generate regular recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
- Build talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
Required Skills
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong resume screening and candidate evaluation skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Understanding of sourcing techniques and Boolean search concepts.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with candidates and hiring managers.
Organizational Skills
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience recruiting for niche technical roles.

- Experience working with engineering services or product companies.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage but not mandatory.
