Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our HR team.

As an HR Recruiter, your role will involve developing recruitment strategies, sourcing potential candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating compensation packages.

Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and is adept at using both traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates. Candidate must have good understanding on Semiconductor IC Design domains.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
  • Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various methods (e.g. structured interviews, behavioral interviews).
  • Evaluate applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Negotiate salaries and benefits packages.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
  • Keep abreast of recruitment trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in IT industry.
  • Experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, teams, group).
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
  • Good understanding of labor legislation.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in reputed university with good academics.
