Role Overview
We are looking for a Memory Circuit Design Engineer with strong hands-on experience in circuit-level design and SPICE-based analysis.
The role involves designing, analyzing, and debugging memory circuits with ownership from schematic design through verification and silicon support.
This is a circuit-focused role, requiring deep understanding of device behavior, timing, and robustness across PVT corners.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop memory-related circuits (SRAM sub-blocks, peripheral circuits, sense amps, drivers, reference circuits, etc.)

Perform SPICE-based circuit simulation and analysis across PVT corners

Analyze timing, power, noise, and robustness of memory circuits

Debug circuit-level failures and drive root-cause analysis
-
Optimize circuits for performance, power, and reliability

Work closely with layout, verification, and architecture teams

Support silicon bring-up and characterization, as required
Mandatory Skills & Experience
-
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Memory / Analog / Mixed-Signal Circuit Design

Strong expertise in SPICE tools such as:
→ HSPICE / PrimeSim / FineSim / Spectre (or equivalent) -
Solid understanding of CMOS fundamentals and device behavior

Experience with PVT analysis, corner simulations, and Monte Carlo
-
Ability to debug and analyze circuit-level issues

Familiarity with memory architectures and timing concepts
Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with advanced memory circuits (sense amplifiers, write drivers, Vref, DLL/PLL interfaces, etc.)

Exposure to reliability analysis (aging, EM/IR, noise, margins)

Experience working with advanced process technologies

Basic scripting skills for simulation automation

Exposure to silicon validation or post-silicon debug
