Job Overview
We are looking for a Design Verification Lead to join our growing team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for a seasoned verification engineer with proven experience in leading teams, building high-performance verification environments, and driving project execution from spec to sign-off.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of design verification engineers

Own the verification strategy, testbench architecture, and planning for IP/Sub-system/SoC level DV

Mentor junior engineers and help build a strong verification team from the ground up

Review and improve verification methodologies, ensuring coverage goals and quality benchmarks

Interact with cross-functional teams (design, DFT, system, validation) for successful project execution

Deliver high-quality, reusable, and scalable verification components

Define and track milestones, timelines, and deliverables
Required Skills & Experience
-
10+ years of experience in Design Verification, with recent experience in a lead/ownership role

Deep expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, and functional verification methodologies

Strong hands-on with testbench development, assertions, coverage-driven verification, and debug

Exposure to IP/Sub-system/SoC-level verification
-
Proficient in simulation tools (VCS/Questa/Xcelium), waveform viewers, coverage tools
-
Experience in building and managing teams, preferably in a startup-like or fast-paced environment

Good understanding of design concepts, synthesis, and verification flows
-
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Nice to Have

Experience with formal verification or low-power (UPF) flows

Knowledge of scripting (Python/Perl/TCL) for flow automation

Familiarity with protocols like AXI, AHB, PCIe, USB, Ethernet, etc.
