Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities in VLSI industry.

Build and maintain strong relationships with semiconductor companies, design houses, and technology startups.

Engage with clients to understand requirements, propose solutions, and position company services effectively.

Work closely with technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.

Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to enhance market presence.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements

2–3 years of experience in business development/sales in VLSI, semiconductor, or technology services.

Understanding of VLSI design flow (RTL to GDSII) and related service offerings.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to engage with engineering managers, project leads, and procurement teams.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online business networking platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
Good to Have

Existing network/contacts in the semiconductor/VLSI ecosystem.

Exposure to international sales (US/EU/Asia markets).

Knowledge of EDA tools, IP licensing, or semiconductor consulting services.
