Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog Layouts, including amplifiers, voltage regulators, data converters, and other mixed-signal components.
- Specialized in high speed cutting egde technology Layout design techniques.
- Optimize power, performance, and area (PPA) for analog Layouts.
- Improve performance of pre- and post-layout simulations and work with circuit engineers to ensure design integrity.
- Perform Physical Verification, Reliability and DFM to ensure robustness under various conditions.
- Support Debug design issues during silicon characterization.
- Develop detailed documentation and present design reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in analog and mixed-signal Layout.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-15 years of experience in analog layout design with good expertise in High speed layout of Phy level and block level.
- Good Hands on experience in handling complex Layout Challanges like: cross-talk, EM/IR, Latch-up.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and analog layout principles.
- Proficiency in using EDA tools for circuit simulation and layout (Cadence, Synopsys, etc.).
- Experience with finfet technologies lesser than 7nm.
- Knowledge of SPICE-based simulation tools and methodologies.
- Excellent LVS/DRC solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
