AMS Layout: Sr. Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop analog Layouts, including amplifiers, voltage regulators, data converters, and other mixed-signal components.
• Specialized in high speed cutting egde technology Layout design techniques.
• Optimize power, performance, and area (PPA) for analog Layouts.
• Improve performance of pre- and post-layout simulations and work with circuit engineers to ensure design integrity.
• Perform Physical Verification, Reliability and DFM to ensure robustness under various conditions.
• Support Debug design issues during silicon characterization.
• Develop detailed documentation and present design reviews.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in analog and mixed-signal Layout.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-15 years of experience in analog layout design with good expertise in High speed layout of Phy level and block level.
• Good Hands on experience in handling complex Layout Challanges like: cross-talk, EM/IR, Latch-up.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and analog layout principles.
• Proficiency in using EDA tools for circuit simulation and layout (Cadence, Synopsys, etc.).
• Experience with finfet technologies lesser than 7nm.
• Knowledge of SPICE-based simulation tools and methodologies.
• Excellent LVS/DRC solving and analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
