We are seeking a talented and experienced Analog Circuit Design Engineer to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analog circuits, including amplifiers, voltage regulators, data converters, and other mixed-signal components.
- Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and verification to meet performance specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analog designs into larger system-on-chip (SoC) architectures.
- Optimize power, performance, and area (PPA) for analog circuit designs.
- Conduct pre- and post-layout simulations and work with layout engineers to ensure design integrity.
- Perform extensive simulation and modeling to predict circuit behavior and ensure robustness under various conditions.
- Debug and resolve design issues during silicon characterization and bring-up.
- Develop detailed documentation and present design reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in analog and mixed-signal design.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in analog circuit design.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and analog design principles.
- Proficiency in using EDA tools for circuit simulation and layout (Cadence, Synopsys, etc.).
- Experience with low-power and high-performance analog design techniques.
- Knowledge of SPICE-based simulation tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
